T2 SRL, in collaboration with Babeș-Bolyai University, executed the project "Innovative Software Product for Sentiment Analysis in Romanian Texts – SENTITEXT" during the period of February 2023 to December 2023.
This project was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund through the Competitiveness Operational Programme 2014-2020 – "Competitive Together."
The primary goal of the project was the development of a software solution designed to enhance customer service and overall business performance by delivering text analysis reports, down to the sentiment identification level within documents. This enables companies to identify and address various needs, improve the quality of their services/products, discover new marketing strategies, boost sales revenues, and mitigate risks.
The SENTITEXT launch event was held on December 13, 2023, at Novotel Bucharest City Centre, starting at 1:00 PM.
The objective of this conference was to provide a comprehensive presentation of the product, emphasizing its features, functionalities, and benefits. The aim was to highlight the innovations and added value it introduces to the market.
